We often hear adults say, “How can I change it(habit or so..), I have been doing this for so long?”; or “I can’t change the way I do things now?”

This got me into thinking, as an adult is learning tough or unlearning.

Our mind struggles so hard to keep the things the way they are even if they have bad consequences, so we need to tell the mind consciously to stop. Rather than trying to learn new good habit we should unlearn the bad habit. See it in this way; only when you throw out the bad stuff, you can make room for good stuff.
